Never. We genuinely don't care how long it's been — we care that you're here now. Your first visit is a gentle exam and a conversation about what you want, at your pace. No shame, no pressure.
What happens at a first visit?
A friendly welcome, a thorough but gentle exam and any needed X-rays, and a plain-English review of what we see. If treatment is recommended, you'll leave with a written estimate — but nothing gets done that day without your okay.
Do you take my insurance?
We welcome most PPO plans and file your claims for you. Not sure about yours? Call us or mention it when you book — Rosa will verify your benefits and tell you your real out-of-pocket before anything begins.
I don't have insurance. What are my options?
Our Solara Membership Plan covers your routine care for one simple annual fee and discounts everything else — no deductibles or claim forms. We also offer 0%-interest monthly payment options for larger treatment.
I'm terrified of the dentist. Can you help?
Absolutely — it's one of the main reasons people choose us. We offer numbing gel, nitrous and sedation options, headphones, weighted blankets, and a raise-your-hand pause you control. Just tell us what worries you and we'll plan around it.
Do you see children?
Yes — from a first tooth all the way through the teen years. We keep first visits short, calm, and fun (there's a treasure drawer), so kids build a good relationship with the dentist early.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. Dr. Castellano and several team members are fluent, and we can handle your entire visit — exam, treatment, and paperwork — in español.
